About us

Dylan Martin is the Co-Founder and CEO Blue Basin Pools, as well as Absolute Design Build, and Alpha Team Roofing. With more than 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Dylan prides himself on exceeding client expectations.

Dylan was born and raised in the Austin area and is a proud U.S. Army veteran and long-time volunteer for Boy Scouts of America. In his spare time Dylan enjoys many hobbies including spending time with his wife and two children

Thomas Burkman is the Co-Founder and Lead Project Manager for Blue Basin Pools, as well as Absolute Design Build, and Alpha Team Roofing. With more than 17 years of experience in the construction industry, Thomas prides himself on keeping projects running smoothly and completing them in a timely manner. 

Thomas was raised in the Austin area and is a University of Texas alumnus. In his spare time, Thomas enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and can frequently be found coaching his children’s sports teams.
